The world is full of guarantees, no two alike. As a rule, the more words they contain,
the more their protection is limited. The InStyle International guarantee has always
been an unconditional one. It reads: "If you are not completely satisfied with any
item you buy from us, return it and we will refund your full purchase price."
At InStyle International, we're not satisfied unless you are satisfied. We guarantee
every item in our store and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
for any reason, return it to us within 30 days in original packing and with all garment
identification labels still attached to the product, for a prompt exchange or refund
(excluding delivery charges). 30% restocking charge will be deducted from refund on
an item returned with labels removed.
Please inspect all garments carefully upon receipt. If garment does not fit, not of
expected color or quality, call customer service at 888-974-3300 or email sales@instyleinternational.com
to obtain Return Authorization number. DO NOT REMOVE any garment labels.

If you prefer to call, you will be given a call tag number and approximate pick up
date, else you will be notified by email.
Please ship your return merchandise, with the requested information completed on the
back of your packing slip via UPS/FedEx as instructed.
Your charge card account will be credited upon receipt of garment, less appropriate
fright charges for the order shipment.
If you prefer to exchange item for the fit or color, then request a replacement item
of the same style. Requested item will be shipped at no additional cost on receipt
of the returned item.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Depending upon
the cycle of your credit card, your credit should appear on your next 1 or 2 statements.

your order number, name, address and details on the item(s) you returned.
